Peach Sour Berliner Weisse

That’s not beer! Oh yes it is! The Berliner Weisse dates back to the 16th century and was once the most popular alcoholic drink in Berlin. In 1809 Napoleans troops even dubbed it “the champagne of the North”. It may seem unfamiliar to you, growing up after the advent of the macro lager, but this as beer as beer gets. It’s brewed with wheat, barley, peach and lactobacillus micro fauna, creating a tart, low alcohol refreshing beer. Great for those who are beer pros looking to push the limit, and also for those who don’t like “beer”.

Food pairing - Salads, Seafood and hot days.

Yule Ale

A real Christmas treat. The base style being a Scottish Ale adds rum and raisin to this beautifully spiced beer. The generous addition of Gumnut Patisserie’s fruit mince pies to the kettle should bring you straight to Christmas Eve, waiting up late for Santa. Merry Christmas everyone!

Food Pairing - Christmas ham, re-gifted fruit cake and of course fruit mince pies!

Blueberry Sour

That’s not beer! Oh yes it is! The Berliner Weisse dates back to the 16th century and was once the most popular alcoholic drink in Berlin. In 1809 Napolean’s troops even dubbed it “the champagne of the North”. It may seem unfamiliar to you, growing up after the advent of the macro lager, but this is as beer as beer gets. It’s brewed with over 100kg of blueberries which grants it a bright pink hue and soft baby pink head. There is also wheat, barley, and lactobacillus micro fauna, creating a tart, low alcohol refreshing beer.

Food Pairing - Salads, seafood and hot days.

Campfire Stout

This very special stout was Kelly’s first home brew beer, with a whole list of unique ingredients! It brings together chocolate, wheatens and even roasted marshmallows. This stout also has a touch of smoke which adds to the rich darkness of the beer. Best enjoyed sitting by the campfire with friends., it’ll leave you wanting S’more. So grab a glass and a guitar and lets all sing Kumbaya.

Food Pairing - S’mores, Chocolate cake or creamy pasta.
